4rth AI Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy sets the rules for using 4rth AI, Inc.'s app builder, AI features and hosting (the "Service"). It is part of the 4rth Terms of Service. It applies to you, your team, your Apps, and the End Users of your Live Apps. You are responsible for making sure your Apps and End Users follow it. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

1. Prohibited content and Apps

You may not build, host or distribute Apps or content that:

  1. Is illegal in the places it is offered, or helps others break the law.
  2. Exploits or endangers children, including any sexual content involving minors. We report such content to authorities.
  3. Deceives people: phishing, impersonation of a person, brand or government, fake login, payment, banking or support pages, scams, fake reviews or testimonials, or counterfeit goods.
  4. Harms systems: malware, ransomware, spyware, credential harvesting, botnets, or code designed to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access.
  5. Promotes violence or hate: terrorism or violent extremism, threats, incitement, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
  6. Harasses or exposes people: bullying, stalking, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or altered images of real people.
  7. Infringes rights: copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including scraping and republishing others' content without permission.
  8. Involves dangerous goods or services: weapons, explosives or their instructions, illegal drugs, or regulated goods offered without required licenses.
  9. Gambling, financial or investment services that require a license you do not hold, or schemes such as pyramid, Ponzi or unlicensed crypto offerings.
  10. Adult sexual content, unless we have agreed to it in writing and it complies with law, including age verification.
  11. Misleading health, medical, legal or financial claims, or Apps that give such advice without appropriate disclaimers and qualified oversight.
  12. Election or civic manipulation: content designed to mislead people about voting, or undisclosed political ads where disclosure is required.
  13. Regulated data the Terms prohibit: health records, payment card numbers, government IDs, biometric data or children's data, unless agreed in writing.

2. Prohibited activities

Platform abuse. You may not:

  • create multiple accounts, automate sign-ups, or share accounts to get extra free credits or limits;
  • get around usage limits, rate limits, credit metering, content filters or platform notices;
  • use Live Apps for file hosting, proxies, VPNs, crypto mining, spam relays, link shorteners for abuse, or mass email;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or of other customers' Apps, without written permission (report vulnerabilities to security@4rth.ai);
  • overload the Service, or use bots or scripts to access it, except through features we provide for that;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the Service, or offer it as a standalone AI or hosting product.

AI misuse. You may not use AI features to:

  • extract, copy or reverse engineer our models, prompts, system instructions or generated runtime, or train a competing model;
  • generate content that the usage policies of our AI providers prohibit;
  • make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, legal or medical) without human review and legal compliance;
  • create deceptive deepfakes of real people, or present AI Output as human-made where that would mislead;
  • deliberately bypass AI safety measures ("jailbreaking").

3. Reporting and enforcement

Report a problem. Anyone can report content or an App that breaks this policy at contact@4rth.ai. Copyright notices go to legal@4rth.ai. Security issues go to security@4rth.ai.

What we may do. We use automated and human review. If we believe this policy has been broken, we may, at our discretion and without liability: refuse to build or publish an App; remove content; take a Live App offline; limit AI features, credits or traffic; suspend or close the account; forfeit credits; and report activity to law enforcement. We may act without notice where there is risk of harm, illegal content or a legal requirement.

Statement of reasons and appeals. When we restrict an App or account, we will tell the owner why where the law requires, and the owner can appeal by replying to that notice. A person will review the appeal.

Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes take effect after notice under the Terms.
